Brief route and concentrated on the edge of the Cathedral, with a steady rise in the track record that goes with the woods of the western side of the valley of Casanova. The descent is through the neighboring valley, that of Coma. Perfect for training.

The following route is perfect for a brief training if there is not much time. It is near the headquarters and we will make a good rise in short time, and topped it all with good views. The route begins at the lever, where we take the road that runs along the river towards the west, along the old road from Arfa, a stretch that is shared by many other signposted routes. In about a kilometer you will find a small bridge over the stream that comes from the valley of Casanova, and we climb the road that enters it. Before reaching Xic must strip the right to a new track that loops back on, gaining height and very good views on the Urgellet and Headquarters. This trail crosses several points a firewall. Above, as a bare, find a crossroads: if we follow the south and arrive in Nabiners Canyemassos Cross (which is baixaríem if we follow the path of the Sierra Arfa). We turn to the right, to seek the valley of the Coma, a wilderness that we see before us, on the other side of the stream. Leave left an abandoned house, where there may be sheep, and continue down a steep slope to a beautiful oak grove, to cross the torrent of Freites. The city should start under John, and leads to the old way of Arfa, that if we throw to the right, leads to the torrent of Casanova and, ultimately, to the point.
